Getting There

By Air:  Make your air requests on the registration page (link can be found at the top right of your screen)

• Upon arrival at the Philadelphia Airport (PHL) proceed to the baggage claim area and look for a representative holding a sign with the AIM 2023 logo.  He or she will direct you to transportation.  It may be that you need to wait a short period of time for colleagues on another flight. If this is the case, know that we appreciate your patience.  It is an approximate 75-minute transfer to the hotel. 
• Departure information will be given to you at the Conference based on your flight time.  Again, your patience is appreciated if you need to travel to the airport earlier than normal.

By Car:  Please note the hotel’s address for GPS directions. Self-Park is available for $10/day and valet is available for $20/day. Self-Park charges can be expensed. Valet is at your own expense.
