Attire
Business casual attire is recommended throughout.  You are welcome to show spirit with Turtle-branded attire.

Registration Desk
For your convenience, there will be an AIM 2023 Registration Desk located near the meeting rooms on the 2nd floor of the South Tower.  Hours will be 2:00 – 5:00 PM on Sunday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM on Monday and 7:00 AM until 4:00 PM on Tuesday.  

T&E Expenses
Airfare, room, tax, resort fees, airport transfers, and all hosted meals will be billed to Turtle. Any additional expenses incurred getting to/from the Conference and while there will follow our normal T&E guidelines.

Sustainable Contributions
Environmental sustainability is a key priority for Turtle. We invite the entire corporate ecosystem – our employees, clients, suppliers, vendors, and business partners – to embark upon our decarbonization journey. The sum of our collective action is far greater than anything we can achieve on our own.  

Measures you will see at the Conference:

  • Reduced use of paper
  • Recycle bins at all events 
  • Water stations versus plastic water bottles
  • Pre-arranged ride-share transportation to the hotel

Ways you can contribute while at the Conference:

  • Bring your own water bottle and refill it at the refill stations
  • Avoid disposables and single use materials
  • Put your waste in the right recycling bins
  • Re-use your towels or decline housekeeping for the duration of the event
  • Turn off the lights when not in your room

  • Business cards – in the event a vendor is not able to scan your contact information
  • An open mind, enthusiasm, and ideas to share!
