Qualification Criteria & Travel Award Details
 

  • The qualification period for the Turtle 2025 Circle of Excellence travel award is August 1, 2023 – January 31, 2025.
  • The travel award is planned for Thursday, May 1 – Monday, May 5, 2025 at the Four Seasons Costa Rica at Peninsula Papagayo. No other dates can be substituted, and the award cannot be exchanged for cash, merchandise, or products.  The travel award is for two persons and includes roundtrip, coach-class airfare from your home city airport; transfers to and from the resort; four nights’ accommodations based on double occupancy; and a variety of other special activities such as meals, cocktail receptions, and recreational experiences.  All participants on the travel program must be at least 21 years of age.
  • To participate in the program, you must be the principal or owner of a company that actively conducts business with Turtle. Each registration must include an authorization of the appropriate highest-ranking executive of your company.
  • Only one trip (for 2 persons) can be earned per company.

How to Earn Points
 

  • Qualification is based on a point system: One point = US $1.00. 
  • 700,000 points are required above your assigned “Base Goal” to earn a travel award (for two persons). A Base Goal will be established specifically for your company, formulated on your prior sales history.
  • Several key vendors will be co-sponsoring the program. Additional Bonus Points can be earned by purchasing these vendors’ products from Turtle. More details on earning Bonus Points will be communicated via email as the program progresses.
  • Your Account Manager will advise you of your Base Goal. So that you know how you are tracking, this information will be communicated to you via email on a periodic basis.
  • To qualify, your company must remain in good standing with Turtle’s credit terms for the duration of the promotion program.
  • Turtle reserves the right to change the dates and location of the travel award due to strikes, acts of God, environmental/health/safety concerns, or for any reason it deems necessary.
  • Turtle, program sponsors, and its travel management partners assume no liability for accidental death or injury, damage to property, delays in transportation, which may be sustained during the travel award, any, or all of which may have been caused by misfeasance, nonfeasance, and/or failure to act by any person, firm, or organization.
  • All final decisions in regarding Turtle’s 2025 Circle of Excellence program remain vested with Jayne Millard, Co-CEO and Executive Chairman.
