Dear Supplier Partners:

We're approaching Turtle’s next AIM (Annual Integrated Meeting) Conference and Vendor Fair. The event will be held at the Caribe Royale Resort in Orlando, Florida November 3 & 4, 2025. We are shaking things up a bit this time by moving the Vendor Fair to the first day of the conference.  The Vendor Fair will take place on Monday, November 3 from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST, followed by cocktails and dinner beginning at 6:30 PM.  This will alleviate the need for some of our personnel to leave early for flights.  Our hope is it will provide a more productive experience for our Supplier Partners.

The feedback from our 2022 and 2023 events was excellent, so we will be using a very similar agenda. We will again limit attendance to a refined pool of exhibitors, focus on data driven meetings throughout the process, and offer the Premier package for a select few suppliers. In general, the expectations will be:

• Pre-set appointments. Site Staff will be matched and book time with the suppliers within the commodities they purchase on behalf of their customer.
• Vendor Fair (non-Premier) appointments will be approximately 15-20 minutes in length. This is an opportunity to interact with over 100 Turtle Integrated Supply employees in strategically created small groups.
• The groups will be comprised of Site Buyers, Site Managers, Regional Directors, Category Managers, Central Procurement, Data Analytics and our Executive Team.
• Discuss your Products and explore opportunities such as rebate programs, trainings, conversions, standardization and capital expenditure projects.

This is your opportunity to interact with staff supporting Johnson & Johnson, Colgate-Palmolive/Hills Pet Nutrition, Dana Corporation, Campbells Soup, SC Johnson, Hubbell and more.
