Booth Package

Included in the Basic Booth Package for 1 or 2 representatives: $5,000

 

  • Booth with pipe and drape at sides and back
  • Identification sign with your company’s name
  • 6’ draped table
  • Four chairs
  • Wastepaper basket
  • Basic power and WiFi
  • Meals & Refreshments to include breakfast, lunch, dinner (including open bar at dinner), and snacks throughout the day

 

Additional Booth Space

You may elect to purchase multiple booths to create a larger booth.

 

Additional Representatives

Additional representatives from your company may attend for a $400 per person (up to 4 total in a booth).

Download the form by clicking the SEE EXHIBITOR MANUAL box at the bottom of the page to order additional equipment or supplies from Ocean Exposition Services. Please work with them directly for your needs.

 

Shipping

Larger items can be shipped to the Ocean Exposition Services Warehouse (information found in the Exhibitor Manual). Smaller items (such as a box of giveaways or a pull-up booth) can be shipped to the hotel:
