As Chief Technology Officer, Conal leads Benevity’s product engineering organization, driving innovation and scale across the platform.

Conal brings deep global experience in technology leadership. Before joining Benevity, Conal served as CTO at HireRight, where he led Product Management, Product Development, Technology Operations and Security. He also held CTO roles at Randstad Digital Ventures, with a focus on the Monster business, and at Chemical Abstracts Service, the information systems arm of the American Chemical Society. Conal was previously CTO of the Intellectual Property & Science division at Thomson Reuters and held multiple senior technology leadership roles within the company.

Originally from Sydney, Conal began his career as a programmer and development manager. He holds an honours degree in Computer Science from the University of Sydney.
